Market Research: Will Your Idea Work? (Start A Business Seminar Series)
Most Businesses fail not due to a lack of start up money or a poor idea, but because of weak market research. In this seminar you will learn how to conduct effective market research; what to look for, how to create a useful customer survey and identify your target market. Our market research expert will simplify the process while focusing on what is essential. You will leave with a sample component of the Market Research section of a business plan and exercises to develop your own.
Marketing & Operations: How to Get and Keep Customers (Start A Business Seminar Series)
If you don't have customers you don't have a business. Our Marketing Specialist will help you develop your positioning statement. Next, you will begin to create effective marketing and customer service strategies. In this seminar we will help you develop the Marketing and Operations sections of your business plan.
Tax and Cash Flow: Ensure Your Business is Profitable (Start A Business Seminar Series)
The facilitator of this seminar has a solid financial background. Topics include GST, PST, tax saving expense deductions for small business, and record-keeping techniques. A good portion of the seminar will be devoted to preparation of a cash flow forecast and discussing techniques to effectively manage cash flow.
