The Self-Employment Benefit (OSEB) Program
The Toronto Business Development Centre coordinates the delivery of the OSEB Program in Toronto Centre and Toronto West. This Employment Ontario program is funded in part by the Government of Canada.

Ontario Works Self Employment Development (OWSED) Program
Sponsored by the Province of Ontario, in partnership with the Ministry of Community Social Services (MCSS), the Ontario Works Self Employment Development Program is designed to assist individuals who are currently receiving Social Assistance to start their own businesses.
