Successful, high potential businesses have multiple owners. 5. It's the only way to be independent, and be your own boss. High potentials are far from independent and have many 'bosses.' 6. Higher stress and more pressure with a higher personal price. No more stressful than senior managers/ professionals. But it's fun vs. drudgery. 7.
